On behalf of everyone in the Club we just wanted to express our thanks for the fantastic dinner which you laid on for us. The food was, once again, superb and worthy of the finest restaurant. We were all amazed and impressed how you managed to prepare a dinner for twenty two all on your own! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal and it was great to try some imaginative dishes in conjunction with your excellent choice of wines that really complemented the food. We have decided that for the next dinner we are definitely going to give you free rein on the menu again. The serving staff were attentive and courteous and a credit to you. All in all, a culinary triumph and superb value for money!

We were so pleased to have had Jacqui doing our catering. We were on a bit of a tight budget so weren’t sure if we could even afford a caterer but nothing was a problem for Jacqui and with some creative ideas she managed it. The food was perfect - everyone commented on it, the staff were very professional (and good looking) and the timing was spot on. They also tidied up the venue the following day which was brilliant. So thank you very much Jacqui and your team. You helped make our day exactly what we had envisaged.

I thoroughly enjoyed the gluten-free breadmaking course. The content, length of course, instruction and practical element was absolutely spot on! Jacqui has a natural affinity with people and treats them with respect and patience. I would describe Jacqui as a 'natural teacher' and having worked in education over the past 10 years this is a real compliment as I would say that she is one of a handful that I would put in this category. I enjoyed and learnt so much on this course, that I have signed myself up for her next two courses (desserts and fish) and I am thoroughly looking forward to them both!
